I have a dozen items in my inventory of all types, various item levels from 90-100, blue and green quality, quest rewards and dropped boe, that I cannot disenchant. I can d/e similar items of the same or different levels with no issue.
I saw another post that said some about “Thread of Fate” items sent from other characters not being disenchantable, but I have not used Thread of Fate. I have a level 60 on the opposite faction that still hasn’t chosen a covenant.
Same issue here. I’m level 57 and I have not reached 60 on any character on my account so I can’t activate “Thread of Fate” anyways.
I’m trying to disenchant [Elysian Dory of the Harmonious] and [Umbrawing Cord of the Harmonious] but they’re both giving me the “Item cannot be disenchanted” error.
When you hover over either item after choosing the Disenchant spell, the red “Cannot be disenchanted” displays in the tool tip.
Just ran into this problem with ilvl 80-81 greens dropped from SL dungeons. There are greens on the AH of the same ilvl that can be disenchanted sooo is it a problem with dungeon items?
I’m having this issue too. One on a green drop from a dungeon, two on world drop greens.
Same here. Just got to Oribos on my alt, picked up Enchanting, can’t d.e a single item. Random greens and blues from quests/rares. Nadda.
I also noticed when I tried to make the tuned copper rod the items from the vendor wouldn’t let me purchase them. When I tried a reload and came back the items were just completely gone from the vendor
Same problem. Items I make myself with Tailoring are fine but drop and quest rewards cannot be disenchanted.
Update: When I logged in today, I was able to d/e all of the items that were giving me issues yesterday. Not sure what the problem was, but I’m all good now.
