They need to make an adjustment to this I should be able to delete my character with or without a house.

I’m not following. What exactly is the issue you’re having with deletion?
Wow. Do you have to delete your house first before deleting your character? That seems like a crazy extra step.

so Im trying to delete one of my char but its states it cannot due to she has a house so which means I have to relq my house in order for her to be deleted ?

No, you need to make another character the owner. You can do that at the housing plot, either inside or outside of the house. At the top of the screen, there’s a “wheel” button for the settings, and a dropdown inside that screen will let you assign ownership of the house to a different character.

You’ve always had to empty your mailbox, so why is this a surprise that an account-wide feature requires a change of owner before the current owner can be deleted from the character roster? You don’t delete the house, you just change owners (as @Mystraele) said

Because of the new updates and the new expansion coming I want to delete all my characters, including the two that have houses, so I can start with a clean slate. Any character I create is influenced by the characters I can’t delete which makes it impossible to start with a clean slate.
Blizzard, please allow players to abandon houses so players can delete any character they want.
