Macros do not add an icon or a name when saved, and do not create a macro once information has been put in. Just a blank slot that is non-interact-able.
tried /console scriptErrors 1, no luck
tried uninstalling all addons and doing a repair and scan via the battle.net client, no dice.
I would like to avoid trying a full re-installation.
