Not able to create topics on any of the WoW Forums but Support, I didn’t violate anything and was hoping this can be investigated, ty.
Unfortunately there is little anyone can do about this as it is controlled by the Battle.net backend. If you recently added game time to your subscription and were at or very near the end of the previous subscription time, the back end may not have registered the newly added time. You can sometimes force a refresh by logging out and back in, or in more extreme cases changing your Battle.net password and then logging back in afterward (that’s a guaranteed refresh for most things, but is a last resort).
If my situation is any indication and your issue is with the backend needing to catch up again, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks. And yes, I do mean weeks. It took five weeks for the back end to finally see I had game time and thus let me post outside of support again. It is what it is, sadly. The SFAs can’t fix this either.

logged out and back in, still says I don’t have permission to post, no idea what’s going on I have 4 months of game time left & haven’t added it recently, so strange. Thank you for the reply
You are trying to create a topic in the subcategories, right? For instance “General Discussion” and not the overarching “Community” section. It’s happened before!
Otherwise you might try moving this or posting over in the Community Support section. Support Forum Agents might be able to look and see if there is an infraction on the account or give some more insight.
Usually yeah, reloggong and logging back in a few times can help. Might also change your password.

I just now noticed it and I’m sure others have missed this, but the character (avatar) posting has only one listed post, meaning it’s a fresh character. If you changed your posting character, you need to change the character back to whatever you were using before as new posting characters, even at max level, can have unseen restrictions.
