Issue:
the character is unable to attack 1 enemy to complete the revendreth scenario “The master of lies” every attempt to attack the enemy is “evaded”, three logon and off attempts to reset scenario unsuccessful, abandoned and retried scenario three times also unsuccessful, and now the charater is stuck in revendreth unable to complete the scenario.

I am having the same exact problem. There are 3 Anima Deserters to disable.
I can disable 2, but cannot disable “The Accuser Empowered” as 1 enemy cannot be killed due to displaying “Evade” when I attack.
I can’t go past Stage 6 To Dam the Damned because of this. Can this please be fixed

Ya I am haveing the same problem. I can’t move forward on the plot.
March 14 2023: Feathermoon server. Same issue. This scenario bugs on last NPC. Dread Siphonist.
Evades all attacks, and I cannot complete the stage.
This problem was reported over two years ago.
Is there no solution?
