I can’t complete the last part of the quest, my character can do the animation can someone help?

Since posting this originally, my issue had been fixed for my paladin, but it’s a shame that it’s still an issue at all for anyone. I’m not really sure what to suggest because I was stuck waiting for a while.
Hey for anyone looking at this and having the same problem i figured out the issue. You must equip the artifact weapon for your spec to be able to finish the quest. i spent hours stuck here and hope this helps
