Cannot complete this quest. Cannot “Place Maruuk’s Spear” after placing the bow. No option to interact, even after logging.

This bug has been a problem for over a year… wtf blizzard…
I have the same bug as well. I am very grateful as a tank i can just run the group. and get the dungeon done in like 15 minutes. but the quest doesn’t let me place the spear ever. i wonder if its because i am a boosted level 70
