The quest is windrunner village
The quest giver is Arcanist Vandril
The quest issue is unable to choose a reward after I turn it in to quest giver and when I choose a reward nothing happens and I click on complete quest and it says I must choose a reward which I tried to do. First time encountering this issue. I submitted ticket but it says I have to wait 23 days 23 hours.
Try turning off any addons and see if that makes it work… Otherwise you’re more than likely going to have to wait the 23 days and 23 hours.
I don’t want to recommend anything more drastic than that… You can also try the tech support forums.

I don’t use addon’s only vanilla retail. makes me wonder if there are other quests with a similar problem
