Cannot complete “Pirate Foods and Superstitions” part of the quest in Booty Bay due to griefing.
Which is being caused by faction issues with guards.
Same on Area 52. this has gone on for over 45 minutes because people are ‘at war’ with booty bay and the npc dies instantly.
Blizzard, PLEASE make the npc unkillable so we can actually do the quest.

Blizzard, please just make the npc (Kelsey Yance) unkillable so we can actually do the quest. thank you.
Edit: Blizzard apparently hot fixed this. The NPC is now unkillable so you can actually progress through the quest chain.
