Cannot complete Kirin Tor of Dalaran Emissary Quest

The Kirin Tor of Dalaran Emissary Quest in the Broken Isles version of Dalaran cannot be turned in anymore, as the questgiver and the NPCs around him appear to be removed/phased. I have completed the expansion launch questchain.

Same. ANY Legion legacy quest where I need to talk to Kadghar doesn’t work. (He’s gone)

Same here anything with any of the Kirin Tor or Khadgar in Dalaran has no quest giver or turn ins

Same here as of 09/05

Same here. Did the emissary on my level 80 that has already done all the intro quests and every quest in TWW. Emissary isn’t there in Dalaran.

Still can’t turn in as of 10/18 and it disappears after reset so dunno if completion credit is just lost to the void or not

In-game support system says “We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. - updated 1 month ago”.

I can do it on most of the toons I’ve completed the intro quests on (thru flying to dornogal), did the wqs on the latest to do the quest chain (did full chain, not skip, since mog)… and no npc.

UPDATE: Kirin Tor is up again, and Warmage Silva, is NOT there to turn in quest.

Plz fix.

Still an issue, on my character I first did TWW chain to completion on. No Silva…

I’m on an alt who has completed the Legion expansion and hasn’t even started TWW, and there still isn’t anyone there. :frowning:

This is still an issue. I can’t imagine it’s a months long fix.

Apparently, I had one Kirin Tor world quest done. Did two more, hearthed to Dalaran, and Warmage Silva is NOT there. BLIZZARRRRRRD! Fix this! NOW!

it’s an issue for me too. c’mon blizz, you can’t fix something from legion of all expansions?
