Judging by their non-responses to bugged out events and lootables in other recent holidays, Iād say it is more likely that they do nothing to address it than doing anything to fix it before the end of the holiday. Look at the unacknowledged timewalking dungeon drop problems which have been broken for months.
Holly, Ion, and the rest of the gang are too busy doing their press tours about new features to worry about what their devs have broken. See you in a year when this is still not working.
Also adding to this, item says ācan only use outsideā when trying to use inside of Naxx

Adding to the list. Itās the last part of the achievement for the last holiday I need for the meta. Blizzard needs to fix this before the holiday event ends. I donāt want to keep wasting 50 tokens to buy love fools if itās bugged and not going to work.
Iād also settle for removing the achievement from the meta until they can confirm itās fixed - then putting it back on the list next year. They could probably do that even after the event ended if they wanted to for the sake of people who end up ONLY missing the bugged achievement.

Have had this issue happen on every single character Iāve tried it with. Both in Naxx and in Culling.

I havenāt messed with Culling yet, but Love Fool works in dungeons, just not raids. You likely just need to leave the building you start in so it considers you to be āoutsideā. Basically if you can mount you can probably drop the toy or consumable item (in a dungeon context).
Naxx is a problem because itās 100% indoors and also a Raid, where the items do not work.

Also can not use the tor or consumable love fool in nax. its the last /pity I need. please hotfix this blizzard.

In culling you have to run past chromie and outside the building and it works there

It also does not work for me either. Getting the error āCan only use outside.ā Please fix this now and donāt make us wait till next year for this achievement!
