The quest asks you to go to the “scenario” of “Storming The Halls Of Valor”. Is that the scenario we used to do back 3-4 expaks ago, and I have to search for it? Also, it says to ask Vrathyon about something? He’s one of three entities there, but he’s not talking to me.
Or are The Halls way higher than I’m looking?

The copy of Vyranoth to talk to in order to start the scenario is in the Inn in Valdrakken. The previous steps in the quest move you to the inn, but if you dropped the campaign quest chain you could easily forget that.
