Anyone else who cant complete this? Quest wants me to talk to “residents of dragon isles” The first one was one of the snake keepers near Maira or whatever, then the 2nd one is supposed to be at a mini campsight in Thaldraszus but there is no npc there whatsoever.
Iv hard im supposed to complete that npcs questline first but how am I supposed to know what npc questline to go complete if I dont know who the npc im supposed to talk to in the first place is?
