NPC is not showing to complete the quest in Elysian Hold. The map shows the quest mark, but when I get there there’s no NPC

I am experiencing the same problem as described. Previously accepted quest. Completed it in Revendreth. Arrows and Icons for quest turn in are present, but NPC is not.

It’s possible that it may be caused by the status of the Kyrian Campaign Quest “A Perilous Journey” . This quest is instructing me to meet the quest NPC (Xandria) in Maldraxxus.

Same just happened to me…completed two quests, went to turn them in, gold “?” were present for where the NPC’s were on the mini-map, but no NPC’s were visible. Logged out/in again and the quests were wiped from my quest log along with the completed progress. Spent over an hour hunting and killing 25 fel bats and catching 20 stupid varmints across Revendreth. Things like this make me want to quit this game Blizzard.
Has anyone gotten an answer to this issue?
As someone previously mentioned, if you have the Kyrian Campaign Quest “A Perilous Journey” in your journal, the NPC won’t be in Elysian Hold. I dropped “A Perilous Journey” and magically Xandria appeared in Elysian Hold and I could turn in the quest.

Having the same issue, had the same issue a couple days ago and still nothing has been said or fixed.
This is correct. You either have to abandon the quest or just get it done and out of the way.
