I am timewalking to WotLK and The Assault on the Sanctum quest that you pick up from Krasus requires you to defeat Halion in the Ruby Sanctum WotLK raid. Since I am timewalking, I am unable to do this quest.
Is there a way around this? Is this quest even mandatory for the expansion? Why can’t I raid while timewalking in the first place?
This is not a bug. If you want to go into the raid either wait until you’re level 60 or go back to Chromie in either Org or SW and turn off the timewalking campaign.
Raid quests are not mandatory in any expansion.
What about The Lich King’s Last Stand? What’s the purpose of timewalking WotLK if I can’t kill the Lich King?
The purpose of the timewalking campaign is to get you quickly to level 60. That’s it.
You must be level 30 to enter that raid. If you are over 30 and not in chromie time you can get carried by a friend.
