Attempting to complete the Legion quest “A Falling Star.” Have completed all objective, and attempting to turn the quest in to Archmage Khadgar in the Hall of the Guardian, but he only has dialogue choices related to the Harbinger & Stay a while and listen.

Yeah, I’m having the same issue rn. Seems like other class hall quests got messed up with the pre-patch event
Yep I’m in the the same boat, cant turn it in, khagdar doesnt even have the option despite it being complete. anyone have any idea if theres a fix?
Hoped this would have been fixed after the maintenance, but issue still persists

Same issue here. Very frustrating. Was really looking forward to getting the Paladin class mount.

This was why I was attempting to do this quest. Turns out it’s not necessary to do this quest for the class mount. (at least for Hunter). I was able to do just the available quests & the Breaching the Tomb achievement from legionfall and I got my wolfhawk

I had a bunch of Khadgar phase issues recently, as there are now 3 different versions of Khadgar in Dal. I was advised that i had to do the intro event after the last update for the war within to allow all 3 phases to show. For awhile I could not see the version of Khadgar that offered A falling star. Finished the old Habinger questline, AND the new Harbinger questline with the waterlogged tome, etc. I was finally able to see and accept a falling star, completed it, and now when i go to turn it in, Khadgar is there, in the Chamber of the Guardian, and mini-map shows the yellow ? mark for turn in, but Khadgar doesn’t show a ? and won’t accept the quest turn in, and of course none of the others will either. I can’t complete my class order hall questline without it, and some other questlines seem to hinge on this as well.

i opened several tickets but in the end it was recommended to put in a bug report ingame, which i did and would advise others to do also.
same here, was advised to do the harbinger… had issues early on… completed it. no issues after that until this!!
Same here. I have tried all suggestions Nothing works so far.
i was hoping after this patch this would be fixed, but not yet. if you are reading this and have this issue but havent yet put a ticket IN GAME, please do so, a regular ticket or this forum is not going to accomplish much IMO, the more in game BUG REPORTS happen the more our chances of a fix. im sure the devs are busy with expac issues right now, but it sure would be nice to complete my class order hall and progress on broken shore stuff. i can’t progress on multiple questlines without progressing past a falling star.

Same experience with A Falling Star currently. It’s definitely frustrating and I hope Blizzard can fix his phasing soon since I want that Ashbringer skin, it looks great. Right now, Khadgar has got 2 dialogue options after completing A Fallen Star and returning to the side room, or a longer Harbinger option, with Jaina close by. The indicator on the minimap and quest log both suggest I’ve finished the quest and am in the right location (I’ve even tried talking to the many Khadgar’s in Dal to see if I’m missing something).
My guess is it’s related to his phasing in prepatch activities… but it’s worth noting that the quest item from the water cave giant didn’t come into my bags upon looting, despite the chat text stating that I had looted it and the quest being marked as complete. I’ve even tried dropping this quest and picking it up, logging out and in or using /reload, none of it works. I posted this recently on another missing Khadgar related bug ticket, but this one is definitely spot on the same problem I’m having.
i have been trying to get caught up with the druid quest lines on a toon i leveled for some time and then boosted for DF/TWW. i also have 3 khadgars in legion dalaran. and none of them will let me turn it in.
I did the harbinger line and finished a radiant even. that opened op the falling star quest, but now I cant turn it in.

Still broke. Both Harbinger and Radiant Echoes completed.

Im having the same issue. i completed the war within quest chain as well as the harbinger quest chain and every other quest in dalaran at this point. nothing has helped.

this quest is required for some class hall mounts sadly. paladin being one of them

Like, at least I would respect that more since the above BS response wasnt even relevant? I honestly would have preferred the ticket just be closed without a response.

MY Buddy and I both completed the new Dark Star thing for Khadgar. Once completed, Khadgar updated and spawned and he was able to turn it in and continue, I was not. It changed for him, but not for me, despite having the same progress.
Now its working! However the next quest "bringer of the light" khadgar is not appearing in Dalaran to complete the quest .... so now im stuck on this quest
