Recent issue where I am turning in a quest and theres a new ! or quest and I am clicking it but nothing comes up for me to accept. I either need to: log in and out and then it works or run far away and come back and click the NPC again to receive/accept the quest. This hasnt happened before. Doesnt happen all the time though but happens enough to be annoying.

I’m having the same issue
Been having to run away and come back the last two xpacs.
Happens about 80% of the time to me. Have to escape to de-target and run out of range and back. It’s REALLY annoying.

This is currently driving me nuts, seems to be since the TWW came out.
Had this issue for years. But since TWW it has gotten much worse.
I used to be able to just target something else and it would sort of fix and let me accept the quest, but now I do have to fully walk away and come back to accept a quest. It happens constantly.
