Cannot cast spells while under the effect of "The Sentinel's Eternal Refuge" 5 Stack Wisp Shapeshift

Since 8.2, I’ve been unable to cast spells while under the effect of The Sentinel’s Eternal Refuge 5 Stack Wisp shapeshift.

Prior to 8.2, when casting a spell while shapeshifted as the wisp, it would automatically take me out of the shapeshift form keeping the 5 stack buff. Leaving combat would then result in returning to the wisp form.

Now I have to manually remove the buff to cast the spell (such as moonfire or soothe) or else I’m met with the error “You are in shapeshift form”.

same thing happening to me hope its just a bug

Same, when outdoors, at 5 stacks, I can cast some attacks, not others, some fail, and interacting with objects fails

Exactly the same error on my DH. Can’t mount, can’t use some quest items that are for completing the quest. “You are in shapeshift form.” PLEASE fix this. These boots are my best and I’d like to NOT have to change them out or remove them every time I need to get rid of this buff.
By the way, it doesn’t work as it’s supposed to anyway. My account has flying and I cannot fly as the buff states.
