I was going to use a weakaura. I downloaded the weakaura and put it into the AddOn folder. An article said I needed to enable Addons somewhere before logging in. I type in /wa or /weakaura and it doesn’t bring up the weakaura screen. It also says there is a minimap option, for weak auras, but I cannot find that either. I think I am missing something. I tried watching some videos, but they had no sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my first time using Weak Auras.
You need to /reload or logout/login before a new addon will be available.
There are also seperate folders for each game version _retail_ (Dragonflight), _classic_ (Wrath), _classic_era_ (Vanilla). Each has their own Interface/Addons . Make sure you placed WA in the right one.
If you don’t have a button labelled “Addons” at the bottom left of the screen where you selected a character to login to then you haven’t installed any addons for that version.
