Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I have found that when I log into my Battle.net account, and try to add a New Payment Method, it will not work…
I tried putting in a Ticket (always worthless), but all they did was delete my old payment methods, and tell me to reset my password then start again. The problem with that is the website will never load the screen to add card information. It just sits there on the screen after you choose Credit Card, with the little circular blue thing spinning forever, like it is stuck in an infinite loop somehow.
Also, if it does ever finish loading, and actually lets you enter information about the card, it will not add it to your payment methods because of yet ANOTHER Blizzard bug of some sort.
Since there is no possible way to get into direct contact with a Blizzard agent anymore, does anyone know how to deal with their broken website, and ad a new payment method??
