For some reason the quest giver for When Spirits Whisper is underground and i can not get access to her. Really would like to get my heritage armor set.
To add to this I race changed a lvl 50 to see if that would fix it, i also lvled a fresh tauren to 50, and i boosted a Tauren char, and nothing seemed to have fix the issue. The quest appears on the map but shes underground or something
