I am a lvl 30 draenei hunter who cannot get into Torallius the Pack Handler’s vendor menu to buy a mount. Other draenei players around me who are under lvl 30 say they can do so. I have no clue if other races who are exalted with the Exodar can or cannot access the menu.
Ok, I think I found a workaround! Every time I wanted to check that vendor i used my hearthstone to get to Shattrath city and use the Exodar portal. So on a hunch I used the ferry to get to Darkshore and then back so the islands would reload. And it worked!

Confirmed - I left on the boat, came back on the boat, and was able to open the vendor screen. Yay!!
