Trying to log into PTR - Have installed the required etc , But when logging in it says no realms available , but this cant be right as there are streamers on the PTR right now .

Same.
I’ve uninstalled the PTR an reinstalled.
Logged out of BNet entirely, exited the app.
Currenty I’m scanning the install to make sure there’s no errors, otherwise it’ll be stuck at Error WOW51900309

This is what worked for me. Go to menu on the home page, select My Account. Go to games & subscriptions and add a PTR account under " Starter Editions & Public Test Regions"
