I know there were some issues with the new content, but everything I’m seeing indicates it should have been resolved.
I am unable to acquire most of my weekly reset quests, but the most important thing is I cannot proceed with the campaign. I’m stuck at 4 of 5 in my quest log. There is no breadcrumb. Clicking on the plus sign does nothing but change it to a minus.
I have disabled all addons. Completely signed out and closed the game. Rebooted. Resigned into B net and relaunched. Issue persists.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Crafting Profession Quests, Crafting Profession Work Order Quests, Large Wayflames in Spreading the Light, The Theater Troupe, Awakening the Machine

You might want to move this to the Customer Support forum, see if they can give any suggestions or insight.

I posted there initially, and then someone moved it to the bug report, which seems like a black hole where posts go to die.

Oh. Well that’s frustrating. I’m sorry. 
So far no. On my main and an alt. I’ve done the final part of the storyline, unlocked Earthen, did the weekly in main Hub and my alt and main can see all the quests in Hallowfall. Also picked up mining weekly on my alt and completed it.
If you are certain you have completed all that you need to, you could try a UI reset.
You can just move the Cache, WTF and Interface to a different folder after renaming them, if the issue persists after the UI reset, you can just put them right back and delete the newly named ones.
Only issue so far has been choosing a (different) pact appears to be bugged for me and many others.
Are you certain you are all the way through where you need to be on the storyline? I posted this for someone else, maybe it will help you also.

Appreciated, but it’s not a UI issue. I actually loaded up on an older computer to check and the same issue occurred.
I had the same issue and decided to go looking in the other zones, I flew to Gundargaz and when I got back Alleria was on edge of the coreway where she was last time. It might take zoning a couple of times to see her, but yeah no breadcrumb and the chapter list was empty but as soon as I accepted her quest it showed up.
