Cannot Access GUILD bank from cross realm

I recently rejoined a guild I had been a member of, now that I am on a different server I cannot access the guild bank. I keep getting “You dont have permission to do that”
I submitted a ticket about a week ago- 3 days later I get a reply saying to go to wowhead. Thanks, that didnt work.
3 days later I get another reply saying its MY “UI” issue.

I dont believe the GM who responded actually read the ticket. Because if he had, he would know this is not just my issue. 2 People who joined the guild after me, on totally different servers than where the guild is based, ALSO cannot access the guild bank.

The guild leader has tried multiple different steps in guild with editing the ranks and so forth and none of us have access to the bank.

I received another reply with “try renaming your folders to OLD” well I cant do that because you guys have already had me do that when I had an issue previously. So I cant have 3 folders all named retail_OLD WTFOLD and InterfaceOLD.

UPDATE I tried logging in to one of my old characters on the Sen’Jin realm, where the guild bank is BASED, and IT WORKED.

So its not MY “UI” issue. Its a cross-realm Guild bank access issue.

I have this same issue , and same response from the GM I submitted a ticket on. I don’t believe it’s MY UI, more of a Guild bank issue in-game.

I have the same issue with my two toons from Emerald Dream in my guild. They all have permission and other toons with the same rank on the server can get in by those two can not get in.

I can put in a ticket I guess as well. Not my addons or UI either.

after a week of support tickets they said to submit a bug report. Please submit a bug report so we can get this fixed asap!

im having the same issue, but the guild bank is on my own server, not cross-server. ugh

It appears it wasn’t available, but will be enabled with Tuesday’s patch.

ITEMS

  • Cross-Realm Guild bank functionality is now available.
  • High Inquisitor Whitemane in Scarlet Monastery of Old now correctly drops loot.

Not sure about issues in same server.

Same issue here, no matter what addons I use. Did a full uninstall and reinstall of both the game and the curse add-on manager.
