Logged in today and I cannot interact with the Great Vault. I scroll over it and there is no change in icon or option to access it. When I go to Group Finder and try to click on the Raid Finder tab it says “This feature not yet available”, and when I try to select the Mythic+ tab it says “Mythic+ dungeons are not available at this time” . I was expecting to collect the rewards for grinding last week…not miss out on doing Raids, Mythics, or even being able to view Vault rewards.
The Great Vault had already ended, you could not claim any rewards. It had a message in game when visiting the vault that it would be your last one.

Would you also know why I can no longer access Raids or Mythic+ content?
Because it’s not available yet. They don’t start until 9/10 and 9/17.
