I had a character at level 45 and just finished leveling it up to 58, but now I cant seem to start ‘Dragon Isles await’ questline - I know I have to visit ‘Ebyssian in Orgrimmar’ but he is not appearing in the location he is supposed to.
Are there other prerequisits besides simply being level 58?
I have a different lvl 60 character on this same server and he is able to get the quest. Plox help

You have to be level 60 to start that quest.
I too thought you could start DF at level 58 but my GF was leveling up her character and got to level 58 and went to Stormwind and didn’t get the quest popping up.
She got to 60 and went back and then it popped for her.
If this is an alt character, you need to make sure that your map tracking has Warband Completed Quests checked so that the map will show the marker. Hope this helps.
