Cannot access “Zskera Vault: Az” Quest

Heya, fresh 70 alt, trying to gear on up in the world. Figured I’d do Forbidden Reach and get the customizable ring.

I was given the option to skip the Forbidden Reach quest line, which I accepted because I figured it was only the campaign quests. However, now I can’t find the quest for the ring, nor can I access the vault in general. The NPCs aren’t there.

I refreshed, restarted and tried anything I can think of to access the quest. Did I hard lock myself out of it because I took an option that was supposed to be for convenience?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I skipped on one of my alts also. There were a couple of short quest lines I had to do at The Forbidden Reach before the breadcrumb quest to open the vault showed up.

Nope! The quest you need to pick up is the following:

It’s from Scalecommander Viridia and it doesn’t show up as a campaign quest.
