Candy buckets & dailies in UC & Brill

I’m getting the candy buckets on a level 61-1/2 alt. I can’t get the buckets in Eastern Kingdoms completed because UC and Brill are still plagued from Shadowlands. I skipped SL on this alt and leveled her to 60 doing the pre-launch event for Dragonflight. Ziridormi doesn’t appear for me and I can see players landing on their mounts and disappearing after they speak with her.

Any ideas on how to open up the UC Hallows End quest area so I can do dailies and complete the Eastern Kingdom buckets?

As an aside, the Vash’jir buckets aren’t available to me. I have been able to go to the other 3 zones from Cata, including Deepholm. I understand the legacy aspect of Vash’Jir and the impediments involved with changing things. A quality of life improvement for the holiday and the game would allow me to port to the main location and get to the rest of the zone without having to undergo the breathing quest chain.

I believe you have to progress through the BFA storyline up to a certain point. The change happened in BFA, not SL.

Yes, I had to go to Org and talk to Nathanos. But I only had to do the “Meet your team” quest and not do the actual rescue. Here’s the twist…

I just logged in on my main and wanted to get the key for the Monastery mogs. I picked up the 2 quests in Valdrakken-A Season for Celebration and the Matron. I fly to Tirisfal expecting to see Zidormi there under the tree, because I’ve seen her there before. But no. There is nothing in UC at all and the place looks like it did after I helped Calia Menethil. No NPC chat bubble anywhere on the zone map.
