I cancelled my sub because this game is unplayable for me right now. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to resolve the issue. At the support.bliz site there is no way to create a ticket. There is no support phone number that works.
I see you posting a lot, but never answered the last request for information.
Unfortunately blizzard doesn’t offer direct technical support. Tickets go to billing now. The responses usually direct back to the support site in the above post.
And phone support was closed when covid hit, web Tickets are the means to reach support, but they’re not able to provide technical support.

They have self-help documentation, this community, and beyond that you would work with a PC tech. Most AAA game companies discontinued courtesy technical support, and Blizzard is one of them.
To expand on what Kozzae mentioned, you plugged your monitor into the wrong GPU port.
