Can I have your stuff?

He actually replied to one of my posts earlier, last known # of wipes was allegedly 1100-1200. Let me see if I can find it in my notifications

Ah, here it is:

1100-1200 wipes sounds pretty brutal, but who knows
 maybe it’s true

That’s gotta be demoralizing (
if it’s true), poor guy :frowning:

With what proof? Trust me bro?

giving up is easier than learning your failures and try again

you act like as if world first mythic raiders get the bosses down in 1 try, or that they give up in the race midway after wiping 50+ times on sylvanas

Read the post above you. I’m not going to spoonfeed your lazy butt if you’re here to pretend you haven’t been following this and desperately need to be spoonfed.

You act as though forcing casuals into hard content for a thousand or more brutal attempts should be the path to learning rather than burnout.

I know that is what you elitists have claimed all along, that only by dying horribly hundreds or thousands of times will casuals git gud. None of this has anything to do with a natural learning process. But keep telling yourself how clever you are, and how it’s the OP’s fault for having followed YOUR ADVICE.

after failing 300 times you should realize what you’re doing wrong, doing the same thing the 301st time isn’t automatically make you win

Yeah, never ceases to amaze me. People apparently buy 10 year subscriptions and then suddenly decide they don’t like the game anymore. :man_shrugging:

trust me, bro

No thanks, I’m not trusting any random forum dweller.

1k+ attempts, lol yeah right. If they spent half the time learning their class and the MT mechanics as they did raging on the forum they would have it done by now.

I gave OP some love as I’ve been there and know the feeling well.

I actually just subscribed after months of being canceled after I found out some of the requirements were changed for unlocking races. I was eventually going to get to it before I canceled, but I got bored. Anyway, just unlocked 3 races. Now time to work on my horde characters.

Oh, okay. My point proven. You haven’t been following this, which justifies you calling everybody who saw (and you were too lazy even to read the post above you) this in progress.

Do they pay you enough to make yourself look so clueless and entitled?

Fact: Expecting average players to upload hundreds of logs to prove their mage tower experiences happened is beyond reasonable, all the way to abnormal.

I mean, depending on lower player skill, it’s possible to rack up that many wipes. Unlikely, but still possible. Especially if it’s an alt or the person doesn’t really play that class/spec regularly.

I have had some smaller streamers on in the background when I was doing my own Mage Tower attempts for the background noise. And some of them literally had 300+ attempts on the Guardian Druid challenge (they kept track of their wipes), so it does happen.

shocking, you think you shouldn’t wipe and expect to get it right away?

wiping multiple times is what to be expected, you don’t automatically win it 1st try. If you constantly do the same thing over and over, you learn nothing

at that point it becomes a players deficiency of learning

You never had a point beyond trust me, bro, someone on the forum said something. Anyone who has read any of the MT complaints has seen OP throwing a fit about the MT, there was nothing to “follow”. lol

Entitled? I’m not the one raging because I didn’t win something. lol

Eh, i just don’t see the point to threads like this. It mostly suggests the individual is lonely and wants some attention. Any friends one might play with in game or even interacts with on the forums on a recurring basis, logically if you know them well enough, you’re going to exchange other personal information so as to stay in contact if one chooses to stop playing the game for awhile or indefinitely.

No one is forced to do anything. It’s a cosmetic skin. An ugly one at that.

You shouldn’t sacrifice your mental health for it. If challenging content gives you that much grief, don’t do it.

Surely missing out on the cosmetic bear skin will not cause you as much grief as putting in thousands of attempts will. And if it does, you might want to reconsider how much importance you’re giving to a bunch of pixels.

Disagree here, the Felbear skin looks very good.

Casuals wouldn’t be jumping in head-first into the Bear challenge/beating their head against the wall if they thought the reward wasn’t worth it. They’re putting up with all the wipes, frustration, repair bills, and very high consumable costs because they want the skin.

If the Felbear skin wasn’t a reward from this, I bet most of the MT complain threads would disappear overnight.

People doing “unsub” threads good and all, but please stop this nonsense telling others to do so too. Most of them would silently do it and not because of someone else disliking the game, but themself finding something what bothers them enough to do so. Thanks.

Doesn’t really matter

Their sub has been replaced by now by someone joining wow for their first time

Check any of the new players realms and see exiles reach

i only re-sub just to get the holyday gift the rock & rock racing toy, but as soon as i got it i unsub ones again.

i believe blizzard will bring this game back or make it better in the future, how?? that i don’t know but i still believe it can happen.

so to not have any regrets later i only re-sub just for the gift, if it all fails and wow dies?? so be it, personally i took the precaution.

happy holyday yall hope next year will be good for everyone.

you can do it. don’t get discouraged. it took me ALOT of attempts to finally get it done but it’s worth it, and believe me I’m no expert monk lol
