Then they take ONLY defias pillager and skull rock offline, for multiple days?? Yesterday and today were my only days off in a three week stretch. How do I get my money back? Just open a ticket?

all insult slinging aside the guy does have a fair point. Instead of a merger serve they did a merger kill for streamer content and then botched the update and left us with zero game play for what looks to be at least a day if not 2. I dont think you need to rage quit but it’s still not a good look towards the HC community.
Do a charge back and then you can have the “canceled” be permanent. That’s the only way you’ll likely get a “refund.”

New servers are for everyone. How are you FORCED? Do you read?
How is that Blizzards problem? Maybe they should have contacted you to check YOUR days and have the rest of the community play based on YOUR needs?
You don’t since you agreed to the terms of service when you subscribed agreeing to said terms.
All because you KNEW in advance that there would be maintenance and you did NOT adjust YOUR schedule accordingly.
