Blizzard should probably look into cancel scanning on the AH. There is no way this isn’t being run by bots. Almost anything you post is immediately undercut. By the time you click on the item you just posted, its undercut and its by the same ~12 players.
I can understand if it was just that many people posting items creating huge volumes of postings, but when its always the same players day and night that instantly undercut, its really hard to believe its happening honestly.
TSM makes it too easy. People spam scan the AH to cancel+repost because TSM also makes re-posting quick and easy. They will sit an account doing it all day, too.
Break the addon from doing that sorta stuff and boom suddenly almost no one will do that.
I realize lots of people just play the AH and Im the last guy to try and ruin someone’s gameplay but it’s actually a problem for normal players just trying to sell a few gems/flasks or w/e.
Dunno what the fix should be besides breaking scanning addons or charging 100 gold per cancelled item or something but I think something more should be done to discourage rabid cancel scanning.
Yea that’s turbo annoying. Similar thing yea, but im talking people have systems set up so it buys every piece of ore at a certain price, and then they’ll just resell them at 500g’s higher. The fluctuations are pretty wide so far with certain items.
That is exactly what happens. I think you just want to sell your stuff with no effort and expect to be rewarded for it.
I still am trying to understand how YOU know that it is being undercut, every single time, so fast, all the time. Unless you are standing there checking the posts constantly, doing the same thing you are suggesting others wouldnt do unless they are bots.
By looking at it. It shows if you’re undercut, but unless you’re either botting or using the automated addons you’re not going to be able to keep up and undercut people consistently. Sorry such complex things go above your head.
