Can you use Blizzard's UI with ElvUI?

Hello,
I downloaded ElvUI, but while setting it up I found that I much prefer the standard Blizzard raid frames for 20 man raids. Is it possible to keep ElvUI the same in every way, but use Blizzard’s provided, standard raid frames for raids?

/ec > UnitFrames > General Options > Disabled Blizzard Frames
uncheck the ones you want to re-enable
/ec > UnitFrames > Raid (and Raid-40?)
uncheck enable
