Can you still get the "Stormbreaker" title?

Looks like it’s a meta achievement on the Isle of Thunder. There’s a wowhead comment that says:

As of Patch 6.0.2, the “In the Hall of the Thunder King” achievement will be removed from the Meta and made into a Feat of Strength achievement.

In WoW Patch 6.0.2, we will be retiring the Achievement In The Hall Of The Thunder King, as the treasure room will no longer be accessible. That achievement will become a Feat of Strength, and Elder Charm of Good Fortune will drop in place of the key to the room.

I don’t see that listed as one of the criteria. Did they remove that portion from the requirements? Or am I missing something?

Just looked because I am in game and yes the title is still available to find it go to quests then pandaria and scroll down.
