I’m trying to avoid adding healing addons like vuhdo or heal bot just so I can add BoP, blessing of sanc/LoH as a mousewheel mouseover. When using the default UI though for the mousovers it doesn’t recognize mouse wheel up or down when I move it.
Is there some way to add it manually?
I believe it is available as a keybind, so anything that works with a keybind would work the same? I can’t test atm.
Yes you can. Just create a mousover for the ability you would like to use, and then bind it to mousewheel. I use it for hex
You can, it’s weird that it’s not working for you
If you’re using bartender or other similar addons you can bypass the keybind blizz menu and just directly press the keybind onto the bar slot where you dragged your mouseover bop macro
If it’s still not recognizing it you could go into your mouse’s software and change the hotkey associated to mousewheel up to a keyboard bind and that’ll get recognized
I dont want to do that because then I cant zoom in/out as easy. I have a logitech g600
Maybe its something with ElvUI. Ill try disabling that tonight when I get home
I’m confused as to what you’re trying to do then? You can’t have both zoom in and bop on the same keybind

Edit2: i have a g600 as well and had no issues having mousewheel up recognized, so maybe its elvui? I don’t use any of the healing addons
Try shift/ctrl/alt modifiers.
