I am 100% sure that I am eligible for the D4 DLC Vessel of Hatred promotion content in WoW. Both games are under Bnet, I logged in both before Jan 7th. I purchased the game before Jan 7 but still nada. I submitted a ticket explaining my situation and all I got was following:
