Yes.

Account-bound items, yes.

Anything else?

No.

Only if said realms/servers are merged. Usually the realms/servers that are merged are low pop servers. Servers like Stormrage, A52, Emerald Dream etc are not merged with any other servers since they are so large, you just have that CRZ at times when realms cross one another.

Here is a list of servers that are merged - to which you can send mail in between.

If they are merged you can send any mail(not just BOAS) between the two servers. Like Runetotem/Uther are merged servers…you can send gold, items etc between the two servers b/c they are merged.
