There is a way through AH though it is in a trouble time right now,and timing is everything. And character transfer .

I believe you can now send gold or unbound items cross-faction to characters on your account on the same server.

The only ways I know of to send something cross server would be account bound items or pets in collections that can be caged.

Faction yes, server no.

I have most of my characters on one server now, both Alliance and Horde and I’ve been shuffling things between them since they opened that up.

You cannot shuffle between servers though.

To be clear, you can transfer between servers if the servers are connected, regardless of faction. Icecrown, Malygos, and Garona are connected, so I can transfer items around to characters on any of those servers, but not between say, Icecrown and Shu’halo, for example.

Also, you can transfer items/gold between factions whether the characters are both your own or not. My husband and I mail stuff back and forth between his Horde characters and my Alliance ones (and the opposite) all the time.
