I don’t think so. AFAIK your sub will renew when you run out of time, not before. So I think you’d have to cancel, let your game time run out, and then start a new sub on the desired renewal day.
Guess I was wrong. You can pause your subscription and add time from the game shop during the pause to move your subscription renewal without losing the ability to play.
