The rep belts are bis for many classes and the 391 versions are in the game files but not actually in the game. Would be nice for those of us who will be using 378 belts to grab 391 belts once we’re exalted. Thanks

they had 391 versions of most/all rep items for the firestone vendor in original cata ptr, kinda unfortunate that they never got added to the game and were not added to cata classic. it would be a really nice QOL that wouldnt negatively impact the game.
