It was telling me my name was taken after I died once and deleted it. Is that normal?
It shouldn’t be, the problem is if you had a highly sought after name and people saw you died, it possible someone was watching out for you to delete it.

I went to reroll (not because of death, but to change class) and lost a character name today, too. A zillion people are logging in and making new characters. After this weekend, it shouldn’t be so bad.

My first HC char I tested death to see it. Deleted and got my name back right away.
The tombstone by the char name in the char list is a nice touch too, imo.
