Can you have a level 1 on a hardcore server just to watch or is it against the rules I made a level one in stormwind and got reported by 10 people I don’t know if this is allowed or not please let me know

I made a level 1 toon and I got reported 10 times just for standing there does it go against the rules for not leveling?

There are no rules against having a level 1 and being in stormwind. You usually won’t be reported for this unless you are typing something in chat that someone has an issue with or there’s some problem with the name you chose.
I suspect we’re missing part of the story, here.

It sounds like either you can an offensive name, you were saying something in chat, or people think you’re a bot or gold seller.

If this was your first ever HC toon, and you have had reports earlier, there’s a strange bug making all the old reports suddenly pop up for the new HC character. Don’t mind them then. Nothing will come off it.
But if you have had no reports ealier, check out your name (and what you said) to see if it possibly could offend somebody.

you didnt have a creative fun name like “fookewe” or “Bojob” or anything like that?
I have a bunch of level 10’s just hanging around Stormwind just to hold my leveling characters stuff, in case the leveling character dies, some people use level 1’s to hold character stuff.
I don’t see why you would be reported for this.
Just play and try it, its not hard… just don’t die. At low level even if you do die, losing the name is worst thing. I’m Tidycat on Defias Pillager, level 12 night elf druid. died at 18 on last try, same class and race.
But U can be a level 1 and go wherever u want.
How did you lose your name? I died on one of my HC toons yesterday, deleted, and recreated with the same name no problem

I.ve only died once in HC but thought that name was gone…
Sure, if you delete it. I try to get them to at least level 10 before dying if I can, that way the name will hold while I delete and reroll the character.
