You can purchase marks of honor with honor. It’s from the same earthen gal on the far left that sells pvp gem sockets.

i want a two handed sword from the arsenal not the entire arsenal, the rest look like garbage
older xpacs have individual weapons for 5 marks

It takes me forever to find pvp games, would be nice, 80 marks is such a grind at the rate of 1 epic bg every millennia when I only want like one thing, I can’t mog half the things in those bundles anyway.
Comp Stomp is your friend. Get all of your alts to do it’s brawl quests for quick marks. Also a nice chunk of honor (which you can transfer to your other characters now).
Rated PvP will net you alot more Marks of Honor as well.
I can’t stomach pvp, I only touch it for cosmetics once in a while, epic bgs are goofy enough with the machines or super quick matches for me to tolerate it. I ignore it so hard I don’t even know what comp stomp is.
Comp Stomp is us against AI NPCs. It’s barely PvP. I hate PvP and I love Comp Stomp. 
It’s basically the PvE version of PvP. lol
Also: I agree with the OP: stop with the arensals.
Also fix the SL pack of capes. You spend one Mark of Honor for the pack of capes and get… wait for it…
nothing.
It’s been broken since they added it.
Man that’s crazy, seems contrary to the whole “pvp” thing, but hey sounds good to me, I’ll have to look into doing that sometime.

I could only do the brawl weekly on two characters. They made it a warband weekly I guess. No more easy 5 marks on 20 chaaracters
The next Comp Stomp week starts April 29th according to the in game calendar 
It’s meant as a way for people to test the waters for PvP and get some rewards.

For me the ideal scenario is to be able to buy them individually, or the arsenal at a slight discount
