I just recently started a +13 Alg Academy and the key went horrible, did a +12 and same thing happened again.
Even in Azure Vaults or RLP, whenever mass aoe dmg happens… I struggle to heal.
Am I doing something wrong? Do I have the wrong talents equipped for dungeons??

My best advice is to watch YT videos, I would recommend holy priest M+ videos made by “smallsender”. But no matter how good you are holy priests will be outclassed by druids/evokers. My only hope at least one spec of priests will get at least an A class ranking in hps or dps so i can at least salvage this toon.

You can just shift some points around if you wanted.
Holy operates best in a burst healing kind of setup. What exactly does that mean?
With Miracle Worker you have 2 charges of Serenity and Sanctuary each. That means you have on demand burst group + single target healing. You want to manage your Lightweaver stacks so you always have 1-2 ready.
So if you use Serenity you can follow it up with a Resonant Words (50% increased healing) which makes your next Lightweaver Heal cast almost heal as much as Serenity.
So if the entire group gets hit for say 50% you can dump a Sanctuary on the group if people are stacked and then follow up with a Heal on somebody else. Then you can use Serenity on the 3rd target and use Heal on the 4th target, etc. You can combo your heals with Surge of Light procs as well. You can dump a Heal on somebody and immediately SoL Flash Heal them.
If things are dicey you can pop Apotheosis and basically spam single target heals w/ quick reset Serenity resets.
CoH and PoM are good filler heals for topping the group off because they do about 50-80k a cast. You also use Divine Hymn which can top the group off from 50 → 100% and will give you a +20% increased healing buff on each person for 15s.
So it’s kind of learning how to stagger cds and manage the proper Resonant Word + Holy Word rotation. Cast PoM on cd and don’t be afraid to use PWS.
