Can you fix the clipping for Blood Elves/Void Elves ears

One of my issues is the short ears for blood elves do not stand out. Or in this case void elves as well they’re just a tiny bit of ear showing, and it messed with some armored helms. I cannot post examples but sadly cannot post images

I mean sure but i want to wear the newest raid set helm? without a little bit of my ear popping out.
