Ok so other than Orcs who are mostly the Swordsman with Big Blades of being a Warrior Clan known as the Burning Blade Clan.
Is there other Races or can you be a Blademaster that isn’t Orc? So far there’s Draenei and Ankoan. So far there hasn’t been much lore development for Draenei Blademasters from the lightforged since one of them died in BFA or is there?

From a practical standpoint I doubt there’s anything that would physically prevent other races from learning the same or similar skills as displayed by Orc Blademasters. Granted one can argue the examples of non-Orc Blademasters aren’t quite the same type of Blademaster as those from the Burning Blade. The Ankoan bearing that title especially, as far as I know, don’t seem to display any of the same abilities as Orc Blademasters. Telaamon is a bit closer by comparison but arguably still not quite the same. He might also be a unique case, given he is literally the only one bearing that title.
In summary, I imagine technically anyone could potentially become a Blademaster as traditionally defined, but it might be unlikely to happen. The examples of non-Orc Blademasters may be indirect emulations or altogether different but similar forms of warrior-elite; similar to how someone bearing the title of sentinel is not guaranteed to be related to Kaldorei armed forces.
I had originally assumed that Telaamon learned his skills from the orcs, but then I realized that that didn’t make sense because the Lightforged had never gone to Draenor, but THEN I remembered that the Lightforged war against the Legion was full of timey-wimey garbage given the whole Aleria/Turalyon thing, so maybe he learned it from the Naaru who learned it from the Orcs because to them TIME HAS NO MEANING or something.
Heck, maybe X’era had a direct feed to what was going on with the Lightbound on Alt Draenor and taught Telaamon their ways because of that. That’d be mind-bending as heck.
Or what he has is something with the same name but completely different in all other ways including it’s origin.

Also its not completely different in all other ways, his blademaster skills are in fact the same as Orcish ones down to Mirror Images.
Yes, infact the only known blade masters are either Draenei or half draenei. I don’t even think the horde even have any orc blademaster alive currently.
There’s an Orc Blademaster just sitting in Orgrimmar, he’s the warrior trainer, what are you talking about?
well, When I say known I mean characters in the story not just random NPC trainers that don’t do anything.
There was another orc Blademaster during the invasion on Kultiras in BfA. Alliance players had to kill him as part of the inversion quests.
