Can we unnerf tanks already?

BrM is the only tank I prefer to play.

It’s wonderfully goofy.

I heard BrMs were not in a good state, so it made my shelf mine, he’s WW now.

I might try to tank anyways, but motivation isn’t high.

Not too much of a fan of the monk set this season either.

Wow, everything you said was out of touch.
You know the majority target demographic is just bad at doing a dps rotation is why I can outdps them on my tank, right?

My thing is this, i know it’s unpopular but challengers peril might not have even been that bad if they just revert the tank/heal nerfs. Most of the issues in dragonflight were yes the absurd amounts of deaths, but really it was toxic death skips. This affix kills death skips completely and ok, but leave the rest of the game alone.

Make the game fun again and revert the changes, let people go crazy and be overpowered. Stop making these nerfs and restrictions making content more annoying and arbitrary to deal with,

Tanks should die slowly. It gives you time to do something about it. Which was their design goal.

They shouldn’t unnerf tanks they should do a better job reaching their design goal.

DF season 3 was the easiest season by a landslide, so if content is only good when it’s super easy why not do a lower key?

I feel like DF season 1 and TWW season 1 are the best 2 seasons for moderately decent parity for difficulty/rewards between keys and raids.

So far as healer still in the 8-9 rat league, if someone didn’t post saying tanks/healers were nerfed I don’t think I would have noticed.

I still barely need to heal tanks. The only time I’m scared is the very first pull of a dungeon when they have no mitigation up, so I always life cocoon them to be safe.

9s hit ok, but the jump from 9s to 10s is ridiculous.

Like I said in another post, we are constantly having to choose to either go in and aggro while we die, go in and live while we lose aggro, or just lose defensive times cos we pre-cast it before pulling.

Tanks only seem threatened on trash, so a 9 fort and a 10 is only the standard 10% scaling. Adding tyrannical doesn’t seem to do much for threatening tanks.

That very first pull is for sure rough, and the healer should be providing an external/focused healing to help with it.

See, but most of us cast a CD before the pull.
I always cast Incarnation before the countdown so I can have at least about 10-15 secs of it for the first pull, and I have another Incarn again for the next.

I was doing +26 and +27 during dragonflight season 3. I was not doing easy content.

people would do lower keys if they would give max level gear or unlock max level vault

While I prefer the previous state, tanks are currently acceptable.
Except brew and guardian.
Brew needs buffs.
Guardian needs nerfs.

Just think of how popular the game would be if we just capped dungeons at heroic and raids at LFR!

yea brewmaster definitely needs help, as far as guardian that ship sailed with 11.0.5 changes to other tanking classes have rendered them little more then a solid middle of the pack it won’t be long before you see prot paladins doing exactly as they were doing with even more flash and style and in even higher keys

Kite gameplay is the absolute worst. I hated necrotic and sanguine for that. A tank should tank, not run.

It’s relative, top keys were +34s in DF season 3.

So how does that compare to right now when top keys are +18s right now?

My Pally and Druid seem just fine. I should probably check on my BDK.
