I unlocked all the colors and id love to use it in bg blitz as a regular mount (no boost).
I haven’t heard any word yet about the fate of this mount yet and I wonder if it will be forgotten?

if we can not this mount will be what the 2nd or 3rd zone locked map mount

The mechagon one can be customized and used elsewhere.
The Vashj’ir seahorse is one. Not sure of the other.
ETA: Oh, there are a few bug mounts you can only use in Ahn’Qiraj.

I hope they bring it to the other zones, or at least give some other mounts its functionality. Would be sad to lose it completely.

It’s super fun. I’m not sure how useful itd be outside of undermine but I will miss it for sure.
I had thought by now we would have some kind of update for it’s fate but I suppose no updates on its status moving forward means it is the next vashjir seahorse.
Which is too bad cause it’s hecking rad even if I only ever pull off 1/10 boosts without slamming into a wall.

The grav pack can only be used on Mechagon island.
Someone already mentioned the seahorse.
There’s also the battle tank bug mounts that can only be used in Ahn Qiraj.

There’s also technically all underwater mounts. Not truly zone-locked, but their usefulness varies and many zones don’t even have water in them.
In Nazjatar, we had the sea bulb items full of gas that let us fly on our aquatic mounts, so basically that was the one zone we could use them like any other mount.

Would they convert the boost/fuel function to a resource that regens over time? Cause the kaja fuel wouldn’t make sense elsewhere…
I think if they reduced falling damage in it I’d love to ramp off some dunes in uldum!
