Haven’t tried, I assume yes but wanted to check first before I go. I don’t think I ever ran a single dungeon and definitely never did a raid in SL.
Yes, some are easier (or rather more straightforward versus needing to understand the mechanic) than others, and they have had modifications to allow solo players.
Some of the SL dungeons though are tied to the current season, so may not be available on H / M difficulty.
Have solo’d all the sl raids on mythic, am assuming anything under that in difficulty can also be solo’d. Took a few tries to solo sylvanas because I had no idea what I was doing but otherwise it was pretty straightforward

Yes, I have cleared Mythic Sylvanas 3 times now in Domination.
I soloed the vampire castle and the sepelchur on normal w/o difficulty.
The Sanctum I needed my daughter to help with Kel’thuzad because I read that he would despawn when you go inside the jar.
Going to try heroic when I have time and see if it is any more difficult.
As for dungeons, everything is solo-able on any difficulty. Two are blocked for the current season. Don’t remember the names. One is in Bastion and the other is in the Druid land whose name I am blanking on as well.
